Based in Bristol (UK), we are on a mission to inspire people to live more fulfilling lives through accessible consciousness altering experiences. From interviewing people at Burning Man about what freedom means to them, to months of EEG brain scans developing and optimising our method of inducing altered-states using only light and sound, our journey has been anything but ordinary. The Lumenate App Launches
The Lumenate App officially opens to the public via the App Store and Google Play.

Rosamund Pike Joins the Team
After getting involved in early beta testing and experiencing the huge potential impact of the app as a tool to explore one’s own mind, Rosamund Pike has invested in the company, and has joined the team as a Creative Director going forward.
Beckley Waves Investment
Beckley Waves, a new initiative focused on supporting the psychedelic ecosystem, which was co-founded by Amanda Feilding of the Beckley Foundation joins as our first investor.

Developing The Lumenate App
Jay & Tom take on the challenge of developing the app themselves learning everything from music production to app coding as they went.
A New Direction
Jay & Tom go back to the drawing board and identify an opportunity to replicate the Lumenate experience using a mobile phone.

COVID-19 Hits
After running just one event a UK-wide lockdown in response to COVID-19 forces the cancellation of the remaining group sessions.
Group Sessions Launch
The team launch their first public group light experiences in Bristol, UK with a month of sold out events.

Development begins on the prototype light and sound system for the Lumenate group experience.
Neuro Research
The team buy an EEG brain scanner and begin months of scientific research to design and optimise a method of effortlessly guiding people into a state where subconscious exploration is possible.
